Barcelona’s bid for Chelsea winger Willian may well be bigger than it was first thought.
On Friday night, news broke that Barca had lodged a third bid for the Brazilian. It was believed to be in the region of £55M.
That amount would be incredibly hard to turn down for Chelsea, even if Maurizio Sarri is keen on keeping him.
Willian is notoriously inconsistent and will be thirty come the end of the year. He market value will only plummet from here.
In case £55M wasn’t enough for you to get your head around the idea of selling Willian, this latest report from the Daily Mail might be of interest.
They believe that the offer is in fact worth £60M PLUS add-ons. The full amount is thought to be in the region of £65M, which is an offer we simply cannot refuse.
Surely that money would get us Leon Bailey?
It’s been reported on BBC that it’s now up to £65, wtf CFC waiting for take the money now.
Please get bailey asap .that guy is really good
As much as I like Willian, for the reasons you’ve stipulated it would be insanity not to bite they’re hand off of Barca.
