Chelsea equalised during their vital home game against Huddersfield Town on Wednesday night through Marcos Alonso – and he didn’t know much about it.
After Laurent Depoitre put the visitors ahead after a brutal collision with Willy Caballero, Antonio Conte’s men desperately needed a goal to revive their pursuit of Champions League qualification.
They found it. The ball cannoned off of Marcos Alonso’s face and nestled in the corner of the goal. On a night where not a lot went for us, this was a huge stroke of luck!
