Pedro left several Burnley players red-faced with an outrageous piece of skill during Chelsea’s trip to Turf Moor on Thursday evening.
The Spaniard is enduring perhaps the worst campaign of his Chelsea career so far, but was given an opportunity by Antonio Conte to start from the beginning against the Clarets.
Pedro was fielded in a more central role than he is used to. He appeared determined to repay the faith that Conte showed in him by giving him a chance to impress in that position.
