Kenedy has done it again!
The Brazilian, who is currently on loan with Premier League counterparts Newcastle United, scored his first goal for the club in the second minute of the Magpies’ clash with Southampton at St. James’ Park earlier today.
Kenedy’s chest control saw the ball loop over the head of the defender, and he was able to latch onto the ball as it fell and finished in a calm and collected manner. If you missed the goal, you can see it by clicking here.
He wasn’t done there, however. The best players aren’t content with just the one goal, your Messi’s and your Ronaldo’s, we’re not saying that Kenedy’s closing in on that bracket, but he has grabbed a second against the Saints!
Kenedy bagged his brace by sprinting the full length of the pitch to finish off an electric counter-attack and double his side’s lead. Keep this form up and we could see him back at Stamford Bridge next season!
