Chelsea host Sunderland on Sunday afternoon, and it’s party time.
The Blues are Premier League champions, and the players will be presented with the trophy tomorrow. John Terry will be the man with his hands on the prize, and it will likely be his last ever appearance in a Chelsea shirt.
Chelsea have no injury concerns ahead of tomorrow’s game. Antonio Conte will likely rest several of our key players for next weekend’s FA Cup final.

It’s 1st vs 20th, and Conte will be desperate to finish on a high, we can’t see Chelsea having any problems.
