Chelsea could make a sensational move to sign Borussia Dortmund goal-machine Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
The Daily Mail report that Aubameyang is on Antonio Conte’s list of potential attacking reinforcements this summer and the Premier League heavyweights could make their move to sign the Gabon international if they fail in their pursuit of number-one target Romelu Lukaku.
As per the Daily Mail, Chelsea are not alone in the race to sign Aubameyang, with Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool also holding a keen interest in signing the 28-year-old.
Borussia Dortmund appear to have named the price that any potential suitors will have to pay in order to sign their electric centre-forward this summer. The Daily Mail believe that Dortmund will demand a whopping £63M in exchange for Aubameyang’s services. It remains to be seen whether Chelsea’s interest in him is strong enough to part with that sort of figure.
