Vidal has been an integral part of the German giants, winning the Bundesliga twice in the two full seasons he’s been at the club.
The logical reason behind signing Vidal
The main source of the reports linking Chelsea and Vidal is the relationship the player has with Antonio Conte.
One of Conte’s first signings as manager of Juventus was Vidal back in the summer of 2011.
The Italian developed Vidal into a world class player that bossed the middle of the park for the Serie A club.
When speaking in a post-match conference on Wednesday, Conte spoke of his admiration of the Chilean.
Conte is quoted by The Independent saying:
“I have a great respect for Arturo, and we spent many years in Juventus together. I would always want him to go to war with me.”
Vidal would certainly be a welcome addition by Blues fans.
