Diego Costa’s move to former side Atletico Madrid could be announced very soon, according to Onda Cero.

As per Onda Cero, Atletico are close to signing and sealing Costa’s return to Madrid, with official confirmation of the move thought to be imminent.

It is reported that Costa will spend the first six months of the season on loan, due to Atletico’s current transfer ban. Onda Cero believe that his temporary employers will be revealed at the time of the announcement of his return.

Costa is rough around the edges, there can be no doubting that, but he will be greatly missed at Stamford Bridge.

He was a cornerstone in two title-winning sides, and in the dismal 2015/16 campaign, he often looked like one of very few players who actually cared about the outcome of our games.

There’s been blood, there’s been tears, but it looks as though Costa’s chapter at Chelsea is about to be closed.

Chelsea should sign Bellotti & Aubameyang, then use Magic as makeweight for Sandro to make defensive department a competitive one. Thanks.
