Chelsea have been told how much they will have to pay to sign AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggola, according to reports in Italy.
Nainggolan is considered one of the best midfielders on the planet. His combative style accompanied with his classy distribution has seen him rise head and shoulders above many of his midfield counterparts.
The prospect of the Belgium international lining alongside N’Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas in the Chelsea midfield is utterly mouthwatering.
Tiemoue Bakayoko has struggled to adapt since his move from AS Monaco in the summer transfer window, so there is every possibility that the Premier League champions will turn to the transfer market once again in a bid to strengthen their midfield.
According to Calciomercato, Chelsea, Manchester United and Juventus are all interested in signing Nainggolan. The Italian outlet believe that Roma are demanding €50M in exchange for the 29-year-old.
That may seem like a hefty price to pay for a player of his age, but we would have one of the best midfielders on the planet in the middle of the park for several years. In the modern transfer market, that may well be a small price to pay.
