West Ham United are interested in signing Chelsea starlet Bertrand Traore, according to the Mirror.
The Hammers are in dire need of offensive reinforcements, and the Mirror believe that Slaven Bilic could turn to Chelsea’s Traore this summer in his quest to add firepower to his forward line.
The Mirror report that West Ham are keen to take Traore on loan, but could make a move to sign him on a permanent basis if Chelsea would be more keen to do so. The tabloid believe that the Burkina Faso international is valued in the region of £17million by his current employers.
However, West Ham do not appear to be alone in the race to secure Traore’s signature. The Mirror report that Everton are also keen to sign him this summer, and could even request that he is part of a deal that would see Romelu Lukaku return to Stamford Bridge.
Traore’s time as a Chelsea player could soon be coming to an end.
