Chelsea are reportedly in the running to sign Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.
The Welshman tore the Premier League to shreds during his time in England, before making a world-record move to Real Madrid, eclipsing the fee Los Blancos parted with to recruit Cristiano Ronaldo.
He has replicated that form in patches during his time in Madrid, but ongoing struggles with injuries and fitness have prevented him from scaling the heights many thought he would.

He has however, won three Champions Leagues and La Liga during his time in Spain. Bale went to the Santiago Bernabeu to win trophies, and has done so successfully.
Time for a change?
A change of scenery could soon be on the cards for Bale, at least that’s what Don Balon believe.
The Spanish outlet report that Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are all in the running to sign the Wales international, who would likely cost somewhere in the region of €150M.
Only time will tell if it’s the Blues that are victorious…
