Chelsea have been offered considerable encouragement in their reported pursuit of former Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel.
It looks as though Antonio Conte’s days as Chelsea manager are numbered. A recent report claimed that the Italian’s representatives have been contacted by one of the biggest clubs in the world over the possibility of appointing him. For the full story on that matter, click here.
If that’s the case, Chelsea ought to start the hunt for his successor immediately.

We may not have to look any further than Tuchel. Bild report that he has snubbed interest from Bayern Munich as he would rather work in a different league than the Bundesliga.
The Metro claim that this has put Chelsea on red alert, but Arsenal are also thought to be in the race. The Gunners will also be looking for a long-term replacement for the decaying Arsene Wenger.
Would Tuchel be a good appointment, Blues?
I’d rather have Sarri or Alegri. I think Tuchel would be another AVB. Too young too inexperienced.
