Chelsea add treble-winning boss to four-man managerial shortlist

The question over ‘who will become Chelsea’s next manager’ continues to be unsolved as another coach has entered the equation.

Having previously worked at Chelsea in a backroom staff role before going onto earn plaudits at Liverpool and currently Celtic, Brendan Rodgers is among the favourites to return to Stamford Bridge.

That’s according to the Daily Express who report that the Northern Irishman could be lured away from Celtic Park at the hands of the Blues.

Rodgers, who led the Scottish side to the domestic treble in 2016, is joined by former-Barcelona boss Luis Enrique along with respective Napoli and Juventus managers Maurizio Sarri and Massimiliano Allegri, as the Daily Express reports.

It is likely that we won’t hear any major news over a potential replacement for Antonio Conte till the end of the season, with a month left of the current campaign.
