Toby Alderweireld will have talks with Tottenham Hotspur over his future at the North-London side as Chelsea are monitoring his situation.
After struggling with a hamstring injury, the Belgian has been left out of Mauricio Pochettino line-up for the majority of this season, making just 13 Premier League appearances.
According to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are also targeting the 29-year-old.

Alderweireld’s current deal expires in 2019 and it’s been reported throughout the season that the centre-back is demanding an increase in wages.
With Chelsea’s defensive vulnerabilities showing throughout this season, signing Alderweireld would be a huge statement of intent, especially with the likelihood of the Blues playing Europa League football next season.
