Or so we thought. We’ve now been tentatively linked with Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who is widely believed to have a higher ceiling than Serbia international teammate Nemanja Matic.

Our Manchester United counterparts Stretty News reckon that Milinkovic Savic, or SMS for short, ought to reject us if we make a move. They believe that the uncertainty surrounding our managerial situation would turn his career down a precarious avenue.
