Roman Abramovich has invested a further £2M into Chelsea football club, amid claims that the Russian is set to sell the Blues after 15-years of ownership.
After Abramovich had his U.K visa revoked by the government, speculation swarmed suggesting that he would look to find a buyer for Chelsea.
Those rumours only intensified after it was announced that plans for the redevelopment of Stamford Bridge were put on hold by Abramovich. He subsequently secured Israeli citizenship.
However, Abramovich doesn’t appear to be going anywhere anytime soon. In fact, he has just invested even more money into the club, that’s according to financial expert Jake Cohen.
Went unreported, but Mr Abramovich just injected more funds into Chelsea, bringing total to £1.2 BILLION* without taking a penny out of the club.
* doesn’t even include purchase or any club revenue, which goes right back into CFC
Sound like someone who’s no longer interested?

He also notes that Abramovich has now invested a staggering £1.2bn into Chelsea, which is testament to the sheer amount that he has done for us since 2003.
There is nobody else we’d rather have owning Chelsea than Abramovich. He’s helped us achieve so much success, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Maybe it will sound funny but I’ve always dreamed about buying my own football club.
