There have been whispers about Pedro Neto leaving Chelsea all summer. Now they’re getting louder.
Thus far it’s mainly been links to Man City which have been mentioned. But the last couple of weeks have seen Saudi teams (specifically Al Hilal) mentioned more and more often, and today Fabrizio Romano has given more information about a potential deal.
Chelsea set massive asking price for winger

The Italian transfer insider says that Al Hilal have scheduled “direct talks” with Chelsea to discuss a potential move this week.
Financial proposals have “already been sent to the winger and his camp,” and we’ll bet they’re pretty spectacular.
Amazingly, other reports are claiming that Chelsea want £100m for Neto. It’s a lot – but given Bradley Barcola is valued at £145m, it is fair enough. Will they get that? It seems unlikely, but nothing can really be ruled out.
Realistically, they might accept £80m. A lot will come down to Neto himself, and whether he wants to be part of the new Xabi Alonso project at Chelsea, or if he’d rather go and earn silly money in the Middle East.
