Chelsea champions
Chelsea won the Premier League title last season without playing in the Champions League.

Chelsea have lifted the Premier League trophy for the fifth time.

Having finished tenth last season, it cannot be overstated how much of an achievement this is from Antonio Conte. He’s taken a team who were battered and beaten, and turned him into a winning machine, turned them into champions.

Thirteen consecutive Premier League wins saw us rise to the top, and we have not been moved. A victory over Sunderland saw us break the Premier League wins record, having recorded our thirtieth of the season. A points tally of 93 saw us fall just two short of the highest tally in the history of the Premier League, set by Jose Mourinho in 2004/05.

Conte has won his fourth consecutive league title, having won three the bounce at Juventus. N’Golo Kante is the first player to have won the Premier League in consecutive seasons with two different clubs. Thibaut Courtois has won the Premier League Golden Glove, having recorded 16 clean sheets in the Premier League.

Roman Abramovich has seen his Chelsea side win their 16th trophy since he has been at the helm, and there is likely more to come.

There are too many people to thank, too many who have been influential in our success, too many who have provided moments that will prove to be iconic in our history. But we can save that for another day, only one thing matters right now – CHELSEA ARE CHAMPIONS!
