A ‘millionaire’ Chelsea fan has offered to give £100 to every Chelsea fan who retweets his tweet if the club have not signing Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez by the end of the day.
It was reported earlier in the day that Chelsea were close to signing the Algerian international after he was given permission by his country to leave the training camp in order to seal his move away from Leicester City
Sky Sports then got in on the act, claiming that the Foxes had not been in contact with Chelsea over the possibility of the Premier League champions signing Mahrez.
