Thibaut Courtois appears to be on the fence over his future with suggestions of a move to Real Madrid continuing to heat up, Sky Sports reports.
Courtois has commented in the past about his admiration for the city of Madrid having been a former Atletico player.
The Belgian spoke after the 1-1 draw with Barcelona on Tuesday night and wouldn’t give a concrete clue as to where he could be next season, as Sky Sports reports.
Courtois is quoted by Sky Sports saying:
“I have two children in Spain, in Madrid, and that’s not easy. I have one year left [here] and I’m happy and talking to Chelsea.
“I do not think [Real Madrid president] Florentino Perez calls me, he will call my agent and he will listen to him.”

If the 25-year-old were to leave the Blues it would be a big blow. However, Chelsea would push for every penny we can for the sale of one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
There’s still a good chance Courtois could still extend his time at Stamford Bridge with talks between the two parties likely to continue soon.
