Hudson-Odoi could be the key to unlock Chelsea’s Jadon Sancho pursuit

This is a transfer saga that has got football fans talking, and feuding.

Where will Jadon Sancho end up when the transfer window reopens? Will he stay at Dortmund? Or will he move to one of the many clubs interested in signing him?

Chelsea and Manchester United are the two clubs mentioned the most as being interested in Sancho, and it is their fans that have been going back and forth about it over the last few weeks, clearly bored in lock down.

The fact is, nothing will be decided soon due to the current climate, and Sancho will also be awaiting to see which club gets Champions League football, this is a criteria for him.

This already puts Chelsea in a better position than United, currently sat in fourth place in the Premier League and set to qualify for the Champions League.

But I believe that one of Sancho’s closest friends Callum Hudson-Odoi could provide the key to unlock Sancho to Chelsea.

The Chelsea winger has been speaking about this subject, and says that he is ‘mad close’ friends with Sancho and speaks to him every other day.

As well as that, he has confessed that he ‘would love’ for Sancho to join Chelsea.

Now imagine this is your best friend, along with Tammy Abraham, another close friend, touting for you to come and join their club every other day, it is bound to help make a difference.

I am not saying that this will seal the deal for Chelsea, because there are so many other factors that will play a part.

But it will certainly help the cause. Turn that key Callum!
