Chelsea have been told how much we will have to pay in order to sign Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski this summer.
Lewandowski is a pipe-dream. The Poland international may be looking to break free of his chains at the Allianz Arena this summer, but that does not necessarily mean that our board are capable of pulling it off. Especially when you consider the finances that would be involved in any potential deal.
According to German publication Bild, who tend to be well-informed when it comes to news regarding Bayern Munich, claim that any potential suitors will have to fork out a fee in the region of £175M in order to have any hope of signing Lewandowski this summer.
Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are all thought to be keen on signing the 29-year-old. It remains to be seen whether any of the aforementioned would be willing to pay such a hefty figure.
