Reported Chelsea target Jorginho’s mother has appeared to follow us on Instagram. In 2018, this is essentially confirmation that the move is set to materialise.
Chelsea have been tentatively linked with Jorginho in the past, but we never appeared to take our interest further. Until now.
Reports have claimed that Chelsea have now leapfrogged Manchester City in the race to sign the Italian. We’re thought to have offered around €10M more than the champions.
The credibility of this information was unclear. The Italian media have become incredibly excited in recent weeks with Maurizio Sarri being linked with a move to the Bridge.
There may well be something in it, though. Jorginho’s mum has now followed Chelsea on Instagram. Though may think this to be trivial, what reason does he have to do that?

It’s also worth noting that she doesn’t follow Man City, so it’s unlikely she’s seen a report in a newspaper and opted to give us a follow. Let’s wait and see.
