Real Madrid right-back Danilo has urged his club to accept Chelsea’s offer for him, according to Diario Gol.

As per Diario Gol, Danilo sees the prospect of moving to Stamford Bridge as an attractive opportunity, the Spanish outlet suggest that he would be interested in embarking on life in the Premier League.

It is reported that Antonio Conte’s three-at-the-back system would suit Danilo perfectly. With fewer defensive responsibilities, he would be able to spread his wings and showcase his talent going forward.

Diario Gol believe that Chelsea have submitted a £26.3M bid for Danilo, but the Blues do not appear to have been given an answer from Los Blacos. What is clear, according to Diario Gol, is that Danilo wants club president Florentino Perez to accept it and pave the way for him to join Chelsea.

Despite the stellar campaign that Victor Moses enjoyed, it would be great to have some genuine competition for him in that position.
