Chelsea loanee Mason Mount had high expectations for this season – and so far he’s doing an excellent job living up to them.
After a stunning debut senior season at Vitesse, Mount has headed to join Frank Lampard’s Derby team.
He showed more than a flash of Frank in his debut for the Rams where he drilled in a low shot, and in his third game last night he added his second goal – an ever better finish on the spin than helped Derby to a first round cup win.
