Danny Drinkwater has developed somewhat of a reputation as a ‘midfield general’ during his time with Leicester – but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Although he will provide some much needed steel in the centre of Chelsea’s midfield, he also possesses rare technical ability for an English player. He’s like a budget version of Cesc Fabregas, if you like.

Drinkwater showcased his craftsmanship during a training session with his new Chelsea teammates. The club posted the below video on their Instagram page of the Deadline Day arrival leaving Eduardo on his back-side before thumping home into the back of the net. Tekkers!
