After missing Chelsea’s opening two fixtures against Burnley and Tottenham with a facial injury, Pedro returned to the starting XI last Sunday as the London club beat Everton 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The former Barcelona player a pivotal role for the Blues last season, scoring nine goals in 32 appearances as Chelsea went on to win the league in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge.

However, as well as being a reliable source of goals, Pedro is valued by everyone at the club for his skill and class.

On Sunday, the 30-year-old gave Chelsea fans a reminder of what they’d been missing in the opening two fixtures of the Premier League season by executing a cheeky nutmeg on Everton summer signing Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Take it away Pedro!
