It appears as though Tammy Abraham is set to be shipped out on loan once more.
The 19-year-old bagged 26 goals during his first season as a professional footballer, showcasing his immense ability and keen eye for goal. His good performances for Bristol City look to have captured the attention of two of the Robins’ fellow Championship sides.
According to The Sun, Newcastle and Brighton, who finished 1st and 2nd respectively in England’s second tier, are interested in signing Abraham on loan, as they look to ready their squads for life in the Premier League.
The Sun report that Chelsea have granted both clubs permission to speak to Abraham. The Sun note that the Premier League champions are keen to do all they can to help Abraham reach his full potential, and gaining invaluable top-division experience is undoubtedly the next step for him.
Only time will tell where he will be playing next season, but there doesn’t appear to be any shortage of interest.
