Chelsea face Arsenal this evening in the FA Cup final.

Having already lifted the Premier League title, today’s game provides an opportunity for Antonio Conte to follow in the footsteps of compatriot Carlo Ancelotti by winning the double in his first season in charge of Chelsea.

Chelsea have not lifted the FA Cup since 2012, which is a great shame. It’s the oldest club competition in the world and one of the most coveted in English football. There is nothing quite like it, the drama, the emotion, it doesn’t get any bigger than this.

Conte has made a big decision in his midfield for today’s game, as Nemanja Matic steps in for Cesc Fabregas in the middle of the park. Fabregas has started three of the Blues’ last four games, but today he will watch from the sidelines against his former employers.
