Chelsea visit the London Stadium tomorrow afternoon to take on West Ham United in the Premier League.

Maurizio Sarri’s men have won all five of their opening Premier League fixtures and currently top the table, marginally ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.

The objective for Chelsea heading into this season was to get back into the Champions League, but you’d be lying that, having watched us so far this term, you do not have one eye on the Premier League title.

The toughest tests are yet to come for Sarri, but before we get to them, we must overcome minnows such as West Ham, who are Sunday’s opposition.

West Ham currently sit 16th in the Premier League table. On paper, this ought to be rather straightforward for Chelsea, but the Hammers do possess plenty of quality in their front-line.

Unfortunately for them, we have a fully rested Eden Hazard at our disposal. They don’t stand a chance. We predict that Hazard will lineup alongside these ten players. Is this the winning formula, Blues?
