We have a last-minute injury update to bring you ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League clash with Barcelona tonight thanks to Physioroom.
This is what we missed out on last time around. The biggest games, against the biggest teams in the world.
We can hardly contain our excitement.
Here’s your injury round-up.
Tiemoue Bakayoko and Ross Barkley
Physioroom believe that both Bakayoko and Barkley have a chance of playing against the La Liga leaders.
Bakayoko is listed as a ‘major doubt’ and is unlikely to feature, but Barkley has a fighting chance to be involved. The former Everton man will undergo a late fitness test before a final decision is made.
David Luiz
David Luiz is the Chelsea player with the most Champions League experience, but Physioroom report that the Brazilian is unavailable for this one.
Luiz has lost his starting spot to Andreas Christensen this season. It is unlikely that he would have been given the opportunity to start anyway.
