Chelsea loanee Mario Pasalic wants to stay at AC Milan beyond his current loan deal, report Calciomercato.
Pasalic spent the 2015/16 campaign out on loan with Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco, and found the back of the net three times in France’s top division. He has already bettered that tally for Milan, having bagged four goals in Serie A.
His good performances have seen him establish himself as an important figure in Vincenzo Montella’s side. Calciomercato report that Montella has instructed the Milan hierarchy to sign Pasalic on a permanent deal, and it appears as though the Croatian may be keen on making the move.
Calciomercato quote Pasalic’s agent Marko Naletic, who reveals that his client is keen to remain with the Rossoneri:
“Marco is really happy at Milan, he wants to stay. That’s what he thinks, but it depends on many factors.”
Naletic went on to reveal that he has not spoken with Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, and has had no contact with the Premier League leaders in the last two months, as Calciomercato report:
“[Antonio Conte] hasn’t spoken to me about Pasalic so far. We haven’t been in touch since the Blues in two months, where we updated one another on the situation
