Chelsea took the lead over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium through Cesc Fabregas.
Antonio Conte’s men need to win this game in order to keep their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League alive. They took a step towards securing what would be a vital three points after Fabregas found the back of the net in the fourth minute.
It was Fabregas’ first goal in 28 Premier League games, and his 50th ever in the competition. Great finish from the Spaniard!
Kanté pounces on a wayward pass and feeds Hazard who beats Ki and then plays a deft outside of the boot pass to Fàbregas who finishes quite well with his weak foot. 1-0. #CFC pic.twitter.com/7QfXoQvQAp
