LOAN WATCH: Chelsea have given Everton the opportunity to sign academy product Fikayo Tomori on loan before the transfer window closes tomorrow evening, according to the Times.

The two clubs ought to have developed somewhat of a positive relationship over the years. Both Romelu Lukaku and Kurt Zouma have been loaned to Goodison Park and became integral members of the team.

That’s why Everton ought to entertain the idea of taking Tomori for the coming season, with the Times reporting that Chelsea have offered the England U21 international to Marco Silva’s side.

Tomori is one of the most talented English centre-backs out there at the time of writing. While he is not yet Chelsea ready, after a great season with Derby County the Premier League is the natural next step.

Only time will tell if Everton’s interest in him would be considerable enough to get a deal over the line before tomorrow’s deadline. Chelsea will likely be keen to secure a move for Tomori, rather than him sitting on the bench til January.
