Chelsea will have a close look at Matt Miazga during pre-season before deciding whether or not he will be sent out on loan again, according to ESPN.
Miazga has spent the 2016/17 campaign out on loan with Vitesse in the Eredivisie, where he has helped the Dutch side lift the KNVB Cup for the very first time.
His good performances in a Vitesse shirt do not appear to have gone unnoticed by his parent side. ESPN believe that Antonio Conte will include Miazga in his squad for pre-season to have a close look at him before deciding whether to keep him around next campaign.
According to ESPN, the most likely option for Miazga is to go out on loan once more, and it is reported that PSV Eindhoven and Feyenood are both interested in securing his services.
At 21-years-old, Miazga needs to be playing regular first-team football – Conte cannot promise him that.
