Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama is a wanted man by three Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, The Daily Mail reports.
Liverpool and Manchester United are also keeping tabs on Wanyama who has struggled to get into the Mauricio Pochettinho’s line-up in recent games.
Since recovering from a knee injury, the Kenyan has started just two of the last 10 matches in the FA Cup ties against AFC Wimbledon and Newport County.
Wanyama has been warming the bench at Spurs but made his presence known in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool after a bullet long-range strike into the top corner at Anfield.
Liverpool themselves may be ready to bid for Wanyama with Emre Can expected to leave the club at the end of the season.
Chelsea’s interest is only been recently reported by the tabloid newspaper. However, head coach Antonio Conte spoke highly of the 26-year-old last season, as The Daily Mail reports.
Conte is quoted by The Daily Mail saying:
“He is a really good player. He has quality during the game, stamina, work rate and shows great commitment for the team. I like these things about him.”
