Diego Simeone
Diego Simeone has managed Atletico Madrid since 2011, winning the La Liga title in 2014.

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has revealed the three Chelsea players he is wary of ahead of his side’s clash with the Blues in the Champions League, report the Metro.

Simeone has come up against some of the best players in the world during his time as Atletico boss, there should be very few that he fears. However, he has revealed ahead of Chelsea’s visit to the Wanda Metropolitano that he is wary of four players in particular.

The Metro quote Simeone, who says:

“Morata is a very important player,’ he said ahead of the match. He has great movement in the box, he knows how to play with his back to goal and can keep the ball. He will perform really well at Chelsea alongside players like Willian, Hazard and Pedro.”

Chelsea’s potent attack has been the foundation of our success in recent seasons, Simeone is right to be afraid.

Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata in particular, who will both likely start this evening, are two of the best players in the world in their respective positions. If they are both on song, then we have a great chance of returning to England with all three points. Fingers crossed!

Pedro has not been in his element this season apparently due to injury but the fear of Hazard and Morata particularly in the box is the begining of wisdom. Simone has reason to be afraid of Willian particulary for free kick close to the vital area.
