Jose Mourinho

We have an update to bring you on the condition of the Manchester United squad ahead of today’s FA Cup final clash with Chelsea, courtesy of Physio Room.

Like Chelsea, Man United are in danger of finishing the season without any silverware. That’s not the United way, and it’s certainly not the Jose Mourinho way.

Both managers will be desperate to get their hands on the trophy in order to get one over on each other, with the pair having bickered for virtually the entire campaign.

Antonio Conte will be without four first-team players for today’s game. Things are looking a little bit easier for Mourinho…

ANTHONY MARTIAL: Martial has been linked with a summer switch to Chelsea in recent weeks. It is yet unclear whether he will be fit to face his potential future employers as he continues to recover from a knee injury.

MAROUANE FELLAINI: Fellaini has a muscle injury and is listed as a ‘slight doubt’ by Physio Room. We hope that he’s not available, as the Belgian can be a real handful going forward, especially in the latter stages of the game.

ROMELU LUKAKU: Jose Mourinho has revealed his optimism that Lukaku will be fit to feature against his former side. Physio Room still list him as a ‘slight doubt’ following the ankle injury that he picked up against Arsenal.
