We have an update to bring you on the current condition of the Chelsea squad ahead of our trip to Newcastle United this weekend, thanks to Physio Room.
Following our bore draw against Huddersfield Town at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening, our hopes of qualifying for the Champions League are all but over.
All that we can do is secure all three points against Newcastle and hope that (somehow) Brighton defeat Liverpool at Anfield.
The odds are stacked against us, but Antonio Conte has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the final fixture of the Premier League season.
THIBAUT COURTOIS: Courtois missed our midweek clash with Huddersfield with a back injury, but Physio Room expect him to return on Sunday.
DANNY DRINKWATER: Drinkwater has been sidelined for sometime with a calf injury, he’ll be out for the remainder of the season.
DAVID LUIZ: This season has been a tough one for Luiz, and it’s not about to get any easier. He remains out with a knee injury.
ETHAN AMPADU: Ampadu has a broken ankle and remains ruled out. Let’s hope he’s fit in time to play some part in our pre-season campaign.
