Michy Batshuayi has taken to twitter to vent his frustration at Chelsea’s total capitulation away to Newcastle United. We’re right with you, Michy.

The former Premier League champions were held to a 1-1 draw by Huddersfield Town midweek, which effectively ended our hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.

However, it was still mathematically possible. We needed to defeat Newcastle away and hope that Brighton could (somehow) stop Liverpool’s barrage and defeat them at Anfield.

At the time of writing, Chelsea are 3-0 down and Liverpool are 3-0 up. It goes without saying, things haven’t exactly gone to plan for the Blues and Antonio Conte today.

Michy Batshuayi is not a happy man.

Batshuayi lit up the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund before suffering a serious ankle injury, which cut short his loan spell with the German side.

You have to think that he could have done a better job than Alvaro Morata has in the second-half of this season. You can’t blame him for being frustrated…
