Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique is reportedly in London to hold talks with Chelsea over the possibility of signing N’Golo Kante.
Let’s hope that the club funded his flight over from Paris, because it’s going to be a wasted trip.
France Football report that PSG are interested in signing Kante this summer. The French champions drafted in Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in one transfer window last summer, so you may think they have the financial fire-power to sign any player on the planet.
It has previously been reported that Chelsea, specifically Roman Abramovich, see Kante as ‘untransferable’. No matter what amount Henrique puts on the table, we wouldn’t be able to sign a better player in Kante’s role than we already have.
Kante will be staying put. Considering the progression in Kante’s distribution last season, we imagine that Maurizio Sarri will be incredibly excited to have him at his disposal.
