Chelsea have taken the lead over Sunderland through Eden Hazard.

The Blues were struggling against the relegated Black Cats, and with the Premier League wins record in their crosshairs, they needed a goal from somewhere.

Cometh the hour, cometh the man – and that man, as it often is, was Hazard. The Belgian isolated the Sunderland defender, before shifting the ball onto his left foot and firing past the helpless Jordan Pickford.

What a way to cap off what has been a stellar campaign for Hazard on a personal level.
