Officials from ChelseaFC have issued security advice to any fan travelling to Stamford Bridge this afternoon for our clash with Arsenal.
Due to the terrorist attack at nearby Parsons Green tube station early on Friday morning the club have decided to take action.
A bomb was partially detonated on a tube train during the morning rush hour and 29 people suffered injuries from the blast.
There’s expected to be over 41,000 fans traveling to Stamford Bridge for the match today and Chelsea’s official website have issued a statement advising both sets of supporters to be vigilant when travelling to the stadium.
Additional security searches will be in operation in all areas of the ground so fans have been instructed to arrive early as possible
If your attending the game you should check your travel options before making the journey to Stamford Bridge.
It is hoped that Transport for London will run a normal District Line service today while National Rail services should also be unaffected by Friday morning’s act of terrorism.
