Chelsea host Watford at Stamford Bridge this evening, and there is still plenty for Antonio Conte’s side to play for.

The Blues sealed the Premier League title on Monday evening with a dramatic 1-0 victory over West Brom. We have now been crowned champions five times in the Premier League era, only Manchester United have lifted the title more times in the same period.

Our work is not done there, however, we could really make this a season to remember. With victory tonight, we will equal the record for most wins in a single Premier League season, which currently stands at 29. With our final game against bottom-place Sunderland at the Bridge, you would fancy us to break that record if we are victorious tonight.

Two victories would also take us up to 93 points, just two behind the record points tally that we set in the 2004/05 campaign. This team would, statistically, be one of the best ever to feature in the competition.

Conte has made a fair few changes to his lineup tonight. We have an entirely new back four to what started against West Brom, Chalobah and Kenedy come into the midfield, while match-winner Batshuayi keeps his place upfront.

Here’s how both sides line up in full for tonight’s game:
