Chelsea visit West Brom this evening, and the stakes have never been higher.
For Antonio Conte’s side, the objective is clear – pick up all three points, and Chelsea will be crowned Premier League champions for the second time in three years.
Our success seems to be somewhat of an inevitability after we defeated Middlesbrough 3-0 on Monday night, but there is still work to do. The Baggies have been enjoying a stellar season under Tony Pulis’ stewardship, and will certainly not roll over for the champions-elect.
Conte has been handed a major boost in his pursuit of the title, as N’Golo Kante, who missed out on Monday evening, is fit to feature tonight – but he only makes the substitutes bench.
Chelsea will persevere with the midfield duo of Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas; the latter was man of the match on Monday.
