Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma could be set for a season-long loan spell away from Stamford Bridge, report The Sun.
Zouma has struggled for game-time since Antonio Conte took the reins at Stamford Bridge, with his long-term recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament rupture seeing him fall down the pecking order.
The Sun believe that the Frenchman could be shipped out on loan in order to find regular first-team football and continue his development – and there doesn’t appear to be any shortage of interest.
The Sun cite French outlet L’Equipe in reporting that both Marseille and Valencia are interested in securing Zouma’s services this summer.
Zouma made a name for himself in Ligue 1, and a return to his home country could well be on the cards. Valencia have struggled in recent seasons, and Zouma would undoubtedly improve their back-line. However, at 22-years-old, he is probably not the man to steady a sinking ship.
