Chelsea defender Ola Aina has joined Hull City on a season-long loan, according to the BBC.
Making six appearances for the Blues during their title winning season last term, the young full-back looks to have moved to Hull in order to gain regular first team experience, with the Yorkshire clu looking to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
“It’s my first loan move away from Chelsea and I just want to hit the ground running. I’m looking forward to getting to know all of my team-mates”, the Chelsea defender told Hull’s website.
The 20-year-old right back will join up with his new team mates in Portugal where Hull manager Leonid Slutsky is running a pre-season training camp.
Aina made his Blues debut in a League Cup victory over Bristol Rovers last season and joins fellow Chelsea youngsters Casey Palmer and Tammy Abraham on the club’s list of loaned players.
