- Crystal Palace expecting to sign Victor Moses from Chelsea.
- Moses is under contract at Chelsea until the summer of 2021.
- Wolves and West Ham are also thought to be interested.
Crystal Palace are thought to be expecting the arrival of Victor Moses from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
This report comes from Standard Sport, who are under the impression that Moses is heading back to Selhurst Park after eight-years away.
Moses is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge. He doesn’t have a future under Maurizio Sarri as a right-back or a right-winger. He has to leave to further his career.
A return to Palace would likely be an appealing proposal for Moses, though Standard Sport‘s report does note of interest from both Wolves and West Ham also.
Moses extended his Chelsea contract in early 2017 while he was flying down the right-hand-side under Antonio Conte. That contract ought to ensure we get a decent fee in exchange for the Nigerian.
It’s unclear whether Chelsea will hunt a replacement in January. Though, we would deem it unlikely seeing as Moses has been completely frozen out this season.
